PROJECT DESCRIPTION :

«”Unleash Tunisia Venture Bus” is a one-year advocacy project, for fresh graduates and final year students. The project promotes entrepreneurship, business skills and a “startup mentality” all around Tunisia. The project is delivered through a training team travelling on a bus around the country, setting up three to four days long training sessions in large towns and cities.

 

Young Leaders Entrepreneurs will organize 5 boot camps on a form of bus tours that have a specific planned target direction. For each tour, 30 participants will be selected from a wide range of backgrounds along with professional mentors, staff, investors and mentees.

 

OBJECTIVES

The tour will offer specific highly intensive trainings that introduce the participants to the culture of entrepreneurship, access to financing and investment plus a capacity building program for enhancing their soft skills and job hunting techniques. 

WORKING METHODS

The project will be a combination of intensive training and plenary sessions, workshops and field visits. It will be based on non-formal learning approaches encouraging the active involvement of participants, giving them space to take an active role, express themselves and share good examples of practice.

 

PS: The trainers need to set a pre and post-tests for the participants to evaluate their knowledge before and after the tour.

DATE ET LIEU

The first tour will be a four-day event that will take place in Tunis, Beja, Kef and Jendouba in 16, 17, 18, and 19 of January 2017.

Business Entrepreneurship Trainer

-Profile: Expert in Finance and Entrepreneurship -Role: Provide the trainees with knowledge about finance, business plan, business creation and access to funding all related business fields.

Management Trainer:

-Profile: Expert in Management of organizations -Role: Provide the trainees with knowledge about human resources and management of organizations.

Social innovation Trainer

-Profile: Expert in social innovation -Role: Provide the trainees with practical guidance, skills and tools to understand local issues and why they occur, and design, deliver and evaluate social innovation initiatives to address these themes.

Communication and marketing Trainer:

-Profile: Expert in information and communications technology. -Role: The trainer will provide the trainees with the necessary tools to get the early customer, growth hack, how to promote their product. He/she will coach the participants on how to pitch and gain leadership skills, ensure a better communication approach for investors while having the leadership spirit
